Nicolia and Michael were married in July at the Greek Orthodox Church and celebrated with friends and family at The Sheraton Hotel in downtown Denver.
But before this beautiful wedding came together, the couple needed a stationer who could turn their paper dreams into reality. Nicolia was specifically looking for someone who would collaborate with her on every detail.
After an initial meeting, the couple could see I was all on board for the collaborative process. And so a match was made!
Throughout the design process, I presented ideas and included Nicolia in every decision to ensure her vision held true. She ended up loving her wedding invitation - and so did her guests! "I still have friends that received our invitation telling us how amazing it all looked!" she said.
But her favorite detail was the eight-foot-tall, five-panel seating chart we created. "This was an example of something I had imagined in my head that Cristy really brought to life better than I had even pictured it!"
This is truly one of the best parts of designing wedding stationery - working with couples, tapping into their vision, and bringing it to life. Then seeing their faces light up when that dream is real!
It's also such a privilege when I can make the stationery experience less stressful and more joyful. Nicolia noted, "Cristy made everything very easy and made the entire process a lot less stressful, helping in any way she could!"
Because designing your wedding invitations and day-of details should be fun, not draining. And working together to make everything you've ever imagined come true is what it's all about.
